Vasiliki and Boyd met in PwC's M&A due diligence practice in New York. Between them they have more than 55 years in finance, across PwC, J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs in New York and Tokyo.

Vasiliki is our Chairperson and a director. She has more than 25 years in finance, private equity and advisory work, including at Goldman Sachs, where she monitored the performance of private equity funds, and in PwC's corporate finance and transaction services teams. She is a Certified Public Accountant (New York State) and holds the CFA UK Investment Management Certificate. She also has an Executive MBA from Cambridge Judge Business School, where her thesis looked at how EIS could broaden access to venture finance, and has written a series of practical guides for entrepreneurs. Boyd is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. He teaches on Harvard's graduate venture capital course and is an Honorary Professor of Practice at Queens University Belfast. He has also founded and exited his own start-ups.
