Description:

Sapphiire acted on behalf of Recycl2trade Limited to obtain advance assurance for the SEIS and EIS from HMRC.  Recycle2trade is an online recycling trade platform for the European recyclables markets.   It is an interactive platform for second life plastic materials, supporting users with data to trade more effectively. Sapphire assisted the company in compiling their investor documents, including a business plan and for applying for advance assurance.  The company has successfully launched after having raised the required finance for the platform’s commercialisation.
